Собакам, получившим первый сертификат КЧК, ЮКЧК, ВКЧК до 31.12.2019, по желанию владельцев соответствующие титулы могут быть оформлены по старым правилам (в НКП). Собакам, получившим первый сертификат после 01.01.2020, титулы оформляются только по новым правилам (в РКФ).

Membership fees for registration of the title Junior Club Champion and Club Champion
is 1200 rubles.
The term for the production of titles is 15 working days from the date of sending you a confirmation in receipt of payment for the production of the title by the NCP employees.

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION OF TITLES

1.1. Application completed on a computer or in block letters (no errors, the text is copied into the diploma!). Be sure to indicate the date of filling.
1.2. A photocopy of the pedigree.
1.3. Photos or scans in good quality of the certificates indicated in the application, filled out for your dog, signed by the judge and stamped by the club., As well as diplomas from the exhibition at which the certificate was received.
1. 3.1. For the Cheka title - the originals of certificates confirming the right to the title Club Winner (PC), Club Champion Candidate (CC), Certificate of Conformity (CC), Copy of the Young Club Champion (JChK) certificate (used once).
1.3.2. For the title of Junior Club Winner - the originals of the Junior Club Winner (Junior Club Winner) certificates. Junior Candidate Club Champion (JCCC), certificate of conformity (JCC).
Descriptions NOT NEEDED
Each document must be scanned into a separate file with the .pdf extension or .jpeg.
Certificates can be placed on one sheet, but they should not overlap. On the originals of each certificate of PC, CCC, SS, YPC, JCCC, JUSS, it should be written “FOR EXCHANGE to the application from such and such a date” in order to exclude the re-sending of the same documents.
2. Application with a request to send a ready-made certificate (certificates) by mail - a VALID postal address with a zip code and full name, surname and patronymic of the person to whom the certificates will be sent, or indicate another method of transferring ready-made documents. This addition is caused by a large number of bounces, when an address from a pedigree, which has long been outdated, is rewritten into the questionnaire. Be careful! The certificate will not be sent again!
3. Those interested can receive a scan of the finished certificate by e-mail. The scanned image does not replace the original.
4. Registration of payment for the certificate is made by the President of the NKP Evgrafova T.V. 8-925-272-56-57 , sesnkp@gmail.com by electronic card.
If after sending the documents more than two months have passed, and you have not received the certificate, you must contact T.V. Evgrafova. 8-925-272-56-57, sesnkp@gmail.com.
JUNIOR CHAMPION OF NATIONAL BREED CLUB (yuchk)
Option 1: 3 JCCC certificates obtained from three different judges.
Option 2: 2 certificates of Junior Club Winner (the title of Junior Club Winner is awarded at the PC rank to the best male-junior and the best female-junior), obtained from two different judges.
Option 3: 1 certificate of the JCCC and 1 certificate of the Junior Club Winner, obtained from two different judges.
Option 4: JChNKP get the best male-junior and the best female-junior at the National Dog Show.
3 x JUSS = 1 JCCC (exchange is possible only once). All certificates must be obtained from different judges.
At the discretion of the judge, JUSS can be received only by dogs that fall into the arrangement with the highest mark from 1-4 places in the junior class.
Confirmation of the title and issuance of a certificate is carried out in the NKP.

CHAMPION OF NATIONAL BREED CLUB (CC)
Option 1: 4 CCC certificates obtained from four different judges.
Variant 2: 2 Certificates of National Club Winner (National Club Winner, awarded at the show the PC rank, where the Club Winner is awarded in each class, and the best male and female receive the National Club Winner), obtained from two different judges.
Option 3: 1 certificate Winner of the NKP + 2 certificates of the CCC obtained from three different judges.
Option 4: National Club Champion gets the best male and the best female at the show of the rank of CHK.
Option 5: Diploma Junior National Club Champion + 2 CCC certificates received from different judges.
Option 6: Diploma Junior Club Champion + 1 certificate Winner Club.
3 x CC = 1 CC (exchange is possible only once). All certificates must be obtained from different judges.
At the discretion of the judge, only dogs that fall into the constellation with the highest mark with 1-4 places in the class can receive CC.
ATTENTION! Re-registration of the title of National Club Champion, after the initial registration, is possible only for options 1-4. Reuse of the Junior Club Champion diploma is not allowed, even if the dog has several such issued certificates.
Confirmation of the title and issuance of a diploma is carried out at the NKP.

Rank ChK - Champion national club
PC Rank - National Club Winner
Rank CCC- National Breed Club Champion Candidate
To participate at monobreed shows of the rank of CW, CW and CW, dog breeds recognized FCI and RKF.
At the discretion of the organizers for a monobreed show of northern sled dogs, a final competition ("best") among three breeds will be held.
RULES FOR AWARDING TITLES AND CERTIFICATES:
CC, CCCJ-U, CCC, PC, CC
At all exhibitions of the RKF and FCI awarding titles and certificates is right judges.
When judging, at the discretion of the judge, the following certificates and titles may be awarded:
YUSS - can receive dogs that have received an excellent mark and participating in the placement 1-4 places in junior class;
SS - can get dogs that have received an excellent mark and participating in the placement 1-4 places in each class (intermediate, open, working, winners and champions);
JCCC - awarded dogs (male and female) who received CW (class winner) in the junior class (for the show of the CCC rank);
CCC - awarded to males and females who have received CW (class winner) in intermediate, open, working, winners and champion classes (at exhibitions of the rank of Cheka and PC)
At shows of the rank of CCC, the best male and the best female receive the CCC certificates.
Yu.PK - awarded to the best male and a bitch in the junior class at the show of the rank of PC.
PC - awarded the best male and the best female at the show of the rank of PC.
U. CHK - awarded best male and female in junior class at an exhibition ranked Cheka.
Cheka - awarded to the best male and the best female at the show, rank CHK.

ЧЕМПИОН НКП (ЧНКП)
NATIONAL BREED CLUB CHAMPION (CH CLUB RUS)
Для оформления титула «Чемпион НКП» необходимо:
• Для собак, зарегистрированных в ВЕРК РКФ:
4 КЧК, полученных у 4-х разных судей. 2 из 4-х сертификатов должны быть получены только на монопородных выставках НКП РКФ; еще 2 сертификата могут быть получены как на монопородных выставках, так и в специализированных рингах породы (specialty) на выставках РКФ ранга CACIB для собак всех пород или ранга CAC для отдельных групп пород.
Особые условия: – собакам, имеющим сертификат «Победитель НКП [года]», присвоенный на ежегодной национальной выставке, титул «Чемпион НКП» оформляется по 1 КЧК, полученному у другого судьи на любой монопородной выставке НКП РКФ или в специализированном ринге породы; – на национальной выставке НКП ранга «Победитель НКП [года]» сертификат КЧК засчитывается как 2 КЧК, СС засчитывается как КЧК;
• Для собак, зарегистрированных в племенных книгах других стран FCI либо AKC, KC, CKC:
1 КЧК и сертификат / диплом чемпиона НКП страны проживания (при условии, если этот НКП оформляет титулы чемпионам НКП России по одному CAC клуба).
При оформлении титула «Чемпион НКП» 3 CC засчитываются как 1 КЧК (однократно).
NB: в породах с рабочими испытаниями согласно номенклатуре FCI титул чемпиона НКП оформляется только при наличии внутреннего или международного сертификата по одному из профильных видов. Список профильных видов испытаний (тестов) для каждой конкретной породы устанавливается НКП и утверждается РКФ.
ЮНЫЙ ЧЕМПИОН НКП (ЮЧНКП)
NATIONAL BREED CLUB JUNIOR CHAMPION (JCH CLUB RUS)
Для оформления титула «Юный чемпион НКП» необходимо:
• Для собак, зарегистрированных в ВЕРК РКФ:
3 ЮКЧК, полученных у 3-х разных судей. 1 из 3-х сертификатов должен быть получен на монопородной выставке НКП РКФ; еще 2 сертификата могут быть получены как на монопородных выставках, так и в специализированных рингах породы (specialty) на выставках РКФ ранга CACIB или ранга CAC для отдельных групп пород.
Особые условия: на национальной выставке НКП ранга «Победитель НКП [года]» сертификат ЮКЧК засчитывается как 2 ЮКЧК, ЮСС засчитывается как ЮКЧК.
• Для собак, зарегистрированных в племенных книгах других стран FCI либо AKC, KC, CKC:
1 ЮКЧК и сертификат / диплом Юного чемпиона страны проживания (при условии, если этот НКП оформляет титулы Юным чемпионам НКП России по одному JCAC клуба).
При оформлении титула «Юный чемпион НКП» 3 ЮCC засчитываются как 1 ЮКЧК (однократно).
ВЕТЕРАН-ЧЕМПИОН НКП (ВЧНКП)
NATIONAL BREED CLUB VETERAN CHAMPION (VCH CLUB RUS)
Для оформления титула «Ветеран-чемпион НКП» необходимо:
• Для собак, зарегистрированных в ВЕРК РКФ:
3 ВКЧК, полученных у 3-х разных судей. 1 из 3-х сертификатов должен быть получен на монопородной выставке НКП РКФ; еще 2 сертификата могут быть получены как на монопородных выставках, так и в специализированных рингах породы (specialty) на выставках РКФ ранга CACIB или ранга CAC для отдельных групп пород.
Особые условия: на национальной выставке НКП ранга «Победитель НКП [года]» сертификат ВКЧК засчитывается как 2 ВКЧК, ВСС засчитывается как ВКЧК.
• Для собак, зарегистрированных в племенных книгах других стран FCI либо AKC, KC, CKC:
1 ВКЧК и сертификат / диплом Ветерана-чемпиона НКП страны проживания (при условии, если этот НКП оформляет титулы Ветеранам-чемпионам НКП России по одному VCAC клуба).
При оформлении титула «Ветеран-чемпион НКП» 3 ВСС засчитываются как 1 ВКЧК (однократно).
